"I can live with my parents in the UK as a child?
You can apply for membership in the United parents, provided that:
your parents live and are settled in Italy legally, without a time limit for their stay, or are being taken to decide at the same time
one parent living and settled in England or who are admitted for settlement at the same time and took full responsibility for education
Their parents can not support yourself without help from public funds;
Their parents have adequate accommodation, owned or used exclusively by them, where you can live without help from public funds
You are a child (this includes a stepfather or stepmother, a child whose father or mother is dead, so father and the mother of an illegitimate child and the adoptive parent in certain defined circumstances)
How I can qualify to join my parents in the UK?
You or your parents must prove they are the following:
Children under 18 years
are not independent life, are not married and does not constitute an independent family unit.
A child can not normally go to live in the UK if a parent is living abroad, unless the parents in the UK alone has the responsibility of parents for the child, or if there are grounds for that the child should be allowed to rejoin their parents in the UK. (You can make exceptions for children under 12 years.)
